Brompton Funds

• Monitoring relationships with custodian and transfer agent and other organizations serving the Fund;
• Monitoring ongoing compliance with the Blue Ribbon Income Fund objectives, investment strategy and investment restrictions;
• Preparing accounting and management reports, including interim and annual reports and tax reporting;
• Paying monthly distributions;
• Calculating and paying quarterly service fees;
• Preparing and supervising publication of the net asset value;
• Overseeing and paying annual redemptions;
• Managing the issuer bid;
• Dealing with banks, rating agencies and custodians and securing bank financing;
• Ensuring the Fund complies with regulatory requirements and listing requirements of the TSX; and
• Maintaining the website and communications with investors on any other matters that may arise.

The combined administration and investment management fee is 1.0% of net asset value per annum.
