- Retention and monitoring of the Investment Manager;
- Monitoring relationships with custodian and transfer agent and other organizations serving the Fund;
- Monitoring ongoing compliance with the Fund's objectives, investment strategy and investment restrictions;
- Preparing accounting and management reports, including interim and annual reports and tax reporting;
- Paying monthly distributions;
- Calculating and paying quarterly service fees;
- Preparing and supervising publication of the net asset value;
- Overseeing and paying annual redemptions;
- Managing the issuer bid;
- Dealing with banks, rating agencies, custodians and sub-custodians and securing bank financing;
- Ensuring the Fund complies with regulatory requirements and listing requirements of the TSX; and
- Maintaining the website and communications with investors on any other matters that may arise.
