Distributions are declared for unitholders of record on the last business day of the month and paid on or about the tenth business day of the subsequent month.

The Fund pays out all distributions received from the portfolio investments less expenses.

Tax Advantaged Distributions

Distributions from the Fund have significant tax benefits which result in higher after-tax cash flow than if the income had been earned as interest income.
