Class A Shares
Distributions are declared for unitholders of record on the last business day of the month and paid on or about the tenth business day of the subsequent month.
Preferred Shares
Holders of record on the last business day of March, June, September and December will be entitled to receive fixed cumulative preferential quarterly cash distributions of $0.13125 per share and payment will be made on or before the tenth business day of the following month.
Tax Advantaged Distributions
Distributions from the Company are expected to be a combination of dividend income, capital gains and return of capital which have significant tax benefits resulting in higher after-tax cash flow than if the income had been earned as interest income.
