Services Provided by the Manager

  • Monitoring portfolio in accordance with investment objective and investment restrictions;
  • Managing relationships with custodian, registrar and transfer agent, auditors, legal counsel and other organizations or professionals serving the Fund;
  • Monitoring the ongoing suitability of the investment strategy to meet the Fund's investment objective;
  • Entering into forward agreements, derivatives or other transactions for purposes of currency hedging;
  • Preparing accounting and management reports, including interim and annual reports and tax reporting;
  • Overseeing and paying quarterly redemptions;
  • Managing the issuer bid;
  • Ensuring the Fund complies with regulatory requirements and listing requirements of the TSX; and
  • Maintaining the website and communicating with investors on any other matters that may arise.
  • Entering into agreements on behalf of the Fund or Trust
The management fee is 0.35% of net assets per annum.
