Reorganization Overview

At a special meeting held on June 9, 2008, unitholders of the Brompton Funds listed below approved a reorganization proposal, which included certain fund mergers. This proposal was designed to address the uncertainty concerning the future of income trust investments resulting from the Federal Government's decision to tax income trusts commencing in January 2011. An overview of the changes that have been implemented is provided below.
