Kathryn A.H. Banner

Ms. Banner has been involved in the financial industry for over 20 years. Ms. Banner joined Brompton Group in 2000 and currently serves as Senior Vice-President and Corporate Secretary of Brompton Funds with a focus on regulatory, compliance and corporate services. From 1996 to 2000, Ms. Banner was employed by a financial services company. She has been involved with investment funds, a public energy services income trust and both international and domestic oil and gas companies. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo.
