Mark A. Caranci

Mark Caranci has 35 years of experience in the investment business, merchant banking and public accounting and was a founding executive of the Brompton Group in 2000 and participates in the direction of all activities in the group. Mark was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Brompton in 2000, and in 2007, was appointed President, Chief Executive Officer and director of Brompton Funds. From 1996 to 2000, Mark was Vice-President of a financial services organization and has held various senior positions with public companies, including Chief Financial Officer of a public energy services income trust and Vice-President of Finance of several public oil & gas companies. Prior to 1996, Mark worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Chartered Accountants and is a Chartered Professional Accountant after receiving a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
